Working With Therapists & Clinicians
Many of the clients I work with are already doing the work in therapy. They understand their patterns. They can name their history. But something still feels stuck. This is where a bottom-up, somatic approach can help. The work I offer is designed to complement therapy, not replace it. It supports clients in accessing and processing what is held in the body while staying within a safe, regulated range.
Who I Work With
This work may be helpful for clients who:
-
Understand their patterns cognitively but cannot shift them
-
Tend to overthink or stay in narrative
-
Feel disconnected from their body or emotional experience
-
Carry chronic tension, anxiety, or shutdown
-
Are looking for a more embodied way to process stress or trauma
-
Athletes, including teens, and professionals or executives in high-pressure environments who can benefit from breathwork to support performance, focus, and recovery
How I Work
My approach is trauma-informed, structured, and grounded in nervous system physiology.
-
All clients complete an intake and screening process, including contraindications
-
Sessions are paced to support regulation and stay within the client’s window of tolerance
-
I use principles of titration and pendulation to help clients engage with sensation in a way that is manageable, not overwhelming
-
Clients remain in control of their experience at all times
-
Each session includes time for integration and grounding
I draw from Conscious Connected Breathwork, TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), restorative breathwork, movement, and nervous system education, and determine the approach based on the individual. Not every client starts with activation. For many, building safety and awareness through slower work or TRE comes first.
Scope & Collaboration
This is not therapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. I see this work as a complement to clinical care and welcome collaboration when appropriate. If a client is working with you, I am happy to connect to ensure alignment and continuity of care.
Training
I am an internationally certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, trained through a program that meets the standards of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. I am currently completing certification in TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and continuing my education through IFS-informed training with the IFS Institute, alongside ongoing study in trauma, neurobiology, and nervous system regulation. I am also a certified Functional Breathing Instructor and work with clients on performance, focus, and recovery when appropriate.

If a client is working with you, I’m open to collaboration when appropriate, always with explicit client consent and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
